So my fitness program as of right now is:

30 day shred everyday (almost) then once or twice a week, i would add 10 minute of cardio max from biggest loser
when i don't do the 30 day shred, i would do kenpo x (p90x) or swimming for 30 minutes. i am thinking of putting in yoga but i don't know if i have time yet.

however, i have heard of programs like turbo fire, brazilian butt lift, etc. etc.

from your experience, which is the best one? i don't have the time to work out an hour everyday cuz i work and i get tired. are all of these basically the same? thanks!

I love Turbo Fire. I really like the music, although it get stuck in your head ALL day. I like that you vary it every day. I like the fact that there's a schedule with an "end". Helps me stay motivated and on track. Chalene, the instructor, comes off as kind of cheesey at first but then you realize that she's pretty genuine and sweet. I was kind of annoyed with all the uber fit cast members but now I find them to be great motivation.

It's a little expensive, $120, but you get 10 DVDs (and a couple of those have 2 work outs on them and you combine them in different ways probably producing 20 different workouts), a couple of resistant bands which are $15 on their own, and you get a meal plan with recipes and stuff.

I've only done 5.5 weeks so far but the progress has been great. My arms, my legs and even my stomach (and I've had 3 kids) are looking really toned and I've only lost like 3 lbs.

I've also heard good things about P90x, but to me it makes sense to get in really good cardio shape and then try to build muscle. Turbo Fire does include some strength training, and yoga too.

The strength workouts and the core workouts use the resistance band, and yeah I think it's pretty necessary.
