This is just a part of it! please read the link above

Generally someone with a BMI over 32 can do a 1000 calorie a day (2 lbs a week) deficit
With a BMI of 30 to 32 a deficit of 750 calories is generally correct (about 1.5 lbs a week)
With a BMI of 28 to 30 a deficit of 500 calories is about right (about 1 lb a week)
With a BMI of 26 to 28 a deficit of about 300 calories is perfect (about 1/2 lb a week)
and below 26... well this is where we get fuzzy. See now you're no longer talking about being overweight, so while it's still ok to have a small deficit, you really should shift your focus more towards muscle tone, and reducing fat. This means is EXTRA important to eat your exercise calories as your body needs to KNOW it's ok to burn fat stores, and the only way it will know is if you keep giving it the calories it needs to not enter the famine response (starvation mode)

I think you might need to eat more, make sure you eat at least up to your calorie goal!! Are you eating some of the calories you have burned?

Trust me, I used to think that eating under my calorie goal would make me lose weight quicker but it actually does the opposite and can send your body into starvation / survival mode. Since I have read some articles about this exact problem I have stuck to my calorie goal and ate more if I have done exercise, it has absolutely made a difference and I'm actually seeing some pounds come off!

Read this and see what you think!

What's your diet look like? How many calories are you eating? Are you eating back your exercise calories in addition to having your calorie intake calculated for someone other than sedentary?

BMI is not the save all as its just a general number that was created by the Insurance industry. It does not take into account alot of things like body frame size.. Find a body fat percentage calcuator and shoot for your goal percentage there. Anything under 20% is good. Everybody pushes cardio (which is good for you) but strength training, (lifting weights) has more impact or raising your metabolism and fat burning. If you desire it , it will happen with patience.

    Anything under 20% is good.

For women, 20% is pretty low. It's GOOD, very good, but it's when you start dipping into "athlete" category, rather than "fitness." For most women 21-30% is perfectly healthy.

You say you have thyroid problems... have you been checking with the doctor as you're losing weight? Maybe your medication needs to be tweaked.

And hang in there. Sometimes there's a few weeks where nothing happens on the scale, then overnight you drop several pounds. Our bodies are fickle creatures.

Sounds like you might need to just make a change in your workout or diet. Doing the same thing over and over leads to a plateau. Time to shock the body. We can't see your diary so can't help you there. Lifting weights is a great way to burn fat faster as muscle burns fat. Are you eating clean?

Maybe try to not eat back your exercise calories for a few weeks and see how that goes.
