tips to get body fat % down

so i had a check up yesterday at occu health, bmi is 22, my hydration quota was good as my intake is decent. my body fat was 28.7% eeek!!! how do i get this down? im concentrating on circuit training x5 and cardio x2 on top in the form of zumba and running. what else can i do?

I'd suggest that you maybe start doing some proper free weight training rather than circuit training. Circuit training doesn't put enough strain on your muscles to cause micro-tearing which will make your muscles build up between workouts.
See if you can find a program that will give you reps in the 1-5 rep range for strength or 6-10 for muscle size.0
