70 days in with great results

I started on my weight loss journey 70 days ago and thought i would post some results. I have been working out and trying to keep my calories in check. I have been doing the C25K with a few modifications. I ran a 5k in the beginning just to see where I was and it was not pretty. It took me 38:09. That was the first time that I had ran in close to 20 years. Last week I ran a 5k in 27:20. I still have a little way to go and would like to eventually run the 5k in the low 20 minute range.

Chest 41.5" --- 40"
Waist 36.5" --- 31.5"
Hips 41.5" --- 38"
Thigh 24" --- 22"
The above measurements didn't display quite like I wanted, but you get the idea

Congrats on the weight and inches lost!!! Just keep at it and you'll reach your goal of running the 5k under 20 minutes, practice makes perfect!0
