Wobbly bum!

Hi all

Can anyone recommend some exercises for me specifically designed to get rid of fatty thighs and bum? I've lost 31lbs since Christmas and I'm really pleased with the results but it seems like the weight I'm losing is going from everywhere but there!

Please bear in mind I have a heart condition and so aerobic exercise is very limited - I do swim, but would never be able to do something like a spin class. Resistance stuff is fine too.

    clear some kind of cardio through your Dr. that's what will get rid of fat, to firm up try dead lifts, walking lunges, or plie squats! =D

    Yoga? It's great for firming up everything but it also strengthens your back which should give you some more definition in the bum and thigh area too :)
