Hello! I joined this site a few weeks ago but have never said "hello"!
This week has been a really great week. I have worked out every day and been eating really well! I am proud of myself. I know if I can lose the first ten pounds I will feel more encouraged to keep going!
In the past I would fail at losing weight because I would work out way too hard/basically starve myself one day and then be too exhausted the next. Then I would end up giving up the rest of the week.
Now I am starting my first "real" week slowly. Mon- Cardio Tues- Arms Wed- Abs and Obliques Thurs- Lower body Fri- Cardio.

What are some of your favorite 30-45 minute exercises?
What are some of your favorite low-cal "after dinner" snacks?
What are some of your worst temptations?
