I've only just started using this site just over a week ago. But I didn't eat back my exercise calories this past week, mostly because I'm not entirely convinced that slow walking can burn so many calories (around 200 for 30 mins) when I go to the gym and half kill myself to burn around 40 calories (or so the machines tell me). So as I say, I didn't eat them back and this week I had the biggest loss since I started my journey 4 months ago (5lbs in 1 week).
I'm not saying the same will happen for you but what I would suggest is work by trial and error. Try eating back your calories for a week and see how you do then try not eating back your calories and note the difference. Good luck. x0
