I know this question has been asked several times but I didn't pay attention to the answers back then.
I have yet to buy my HRM so I was wonder what most of you were doing for calories burned that have done the 30 Day Shred?

I have used a HRM and it said I was burning around 340 calories. I had a really hard time believing that though. So I usually log about 260 cals burned from a 25 minute workout. If I am working hard, my typical burn (whether on elliptical, jogging, 30DS, etc...) is around 11-12 calories/minute.0

I log it as circuit training.0

HRM was about 130-160, using Circuit Training through MFP about 150 so right in line with the HRM.0

I weight 150, I'm 5'4" and I use an HRM during level 3 of 30 day shred: 200 calories burned. I'm still doing beginner versions of some of the exercises and I cannot do rockstar jumps to save my life.0

This helps a lot since I am also 5'4" and just a few pounds lighter than you. I was thinking somewhere around 200ish calories.
Thanks everyone!!!0 -
I'm 5'7' and weight 163 pounds. I follow most all of the "advanced" moves and only burn 200 calories in 27 minutes. 30DS is not a great calorie burn for me... But, I'll stick with it for the strength training.
EDIT: Most of my MFP pals normally burn 300+ with all levels of the 30DS.0 -

When I do it, I usually guestimate about 200 cal burned.

One thing I'll say about the shred is that I kicked off 5lbs and lost inches. I feel strong and energetic and I feel like writing a tearful thank you letter to Jillian with a PS that Natalie is totally cheating behind her and it makes me soooooooo mad! Thanks for the flat tummy, tho.0

Oh totally. I did the Shred back in Jan and it really kicked my butt. I'm glad to be doing it again now that I am tracking things and eating a bit better too.0 -
I log it as circuit training- burns 178 calories for 22 minutes (I am 5'2" and weigh 132)0
