how to enter TV exercises

I have been working out regularly but have been finding it difficult tracking my exercises. I will do 30-40 minutes of Exercises TV videos (10-min abs, cardio, buns & thighs, etc.) but can't figure out what to call that from the list of choices in the exercise database here on MFP. I have been entering it in as calisthenics (sp.?).
Any other suggestions so that I may get a more accurate calorie count??
Thank you!

I would invest in a decent heart rate monitor that will help you keep track of calories burned. Thats how keep track of all my cardiovascular workouts even my strength workouts. I just plug the calories burned everytime.0
