Oatmeal Brown Rice Breakfast Duo
here's how I make my oatmeal in the morning to add some texture and to use REAL ingredients to make it delicious
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup almond milk (you could use regular milk or soy milk as well)
1/8 - 1/4 cup water
Heat that up in the microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes, then add:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
and if you like it sweet, 1 tsp honey (or Spenda, Truvia, etc.)

I eat oatmeal almost every morning
I'm guessing the brown rice is pre-cooked in your fridge?!

oops forgot to include that little detail haha yes it's precooked! I usually make a lot of rice at once and store it in the fridge for convenience0
