Anyone ever get a golds gym workout DVD? Super cheap but not the best reviews. Wondering if you all had ever tried one!

    I have the 8 lb weighted ball workout and I'm not impressed. It's only 30min long and I barely broke a sweat....and I'm fat!

    In other words...I wouldn't recommend it. :)
