Butt Bible

Has anyone else tried the butt bible??? I did it today ., and WOW my butt was on FIRE!! LOL I actually think this chick knows what she is doing :-) My only question is she says to be consistent in doing the workout.. so can i do it every day... I REALLY WANT A NICE *kitten* LOL her program is broken up into lower butt 1,2,3 and then upper butt 1,2,3. I am doing it on demand so I dont really know when i should move to the next stages or how often I can do it :-)

EDIT: I found pdf. of her 6 week plan :-) i'm super excited.. I only wish i would have found this 6wks ago :-/ went bikini shopping last night and finding a bottom my *kitten* looked good in was impossible :-( oh well there is no time like the present right!!!

    I totally thought you were joking about this :laugh: I've never heard it but if it works please tell me, I have way too much junk in the trunk. But I can't lose it all or my boyfriend might kill me :laugh:

    LOL you are all awesome!!! you can find all her workouts on exercise tv on demand.(comcast) i found some on youtube.. and here is the pdf of her 6wk plan!! take before and after pics ladies and lest post our hott *kitten* in 6weeks.. i will be making a blog and updating pics every week :-) I'M SUPER EXCITED can you tell!!!

    If you belong to a gym you probably don't need to invest in a "Butt Bible." Do something like this (sequentiall / one after another)

    4 to 6 set complex / circuit
    1. Back Squats (Hack Squat machine if you don't like squats) - Go down so your thighs are at least parallel to the ground, Heavy to Moderately Heavy for low reps 3 - 6 (but not so heavy you struggle, should move the weight with some momentum)
    2. Speed Squats (or Hack Squat Machine) - Low weight, do fast transition from top to bottom and back up, but stay controlled and in good form. 8-10 reps
    3. Jump Squats (use a medicine ball if available for some resistance) 8-10 reps

    Afterwards do some Straight Leg / Romanian Deadlifts 4 sets of 8-10 reps.

    I promise results. ;)
  • Remember clean eating is the key to a hot *kitten*! All the squats in the world won't get rid of saddle bags if you end up eating junk! and Cardio!!! Lots and lots of cardio! you gotta burn the fat over your muscles!!! Good luck!

    Times like this I wish I had kept my full cable package, we dont have on demand anymore. And if my rear end keeps shrinking I may not be on demand with my hubby anymore lol

    Yup, diet has to be in order for losing weight / body fat. Otherwise, you'll just have a hard *kitten* protected by fat. :D

    I thought about doing it too -- I didn't realize there was a 6 week plan! I'm looking at it and I think I'm going to do it.

    There is an eating plan with the Butt Bible. I haven't checked it out, but I assume it's clean. :-)

    I'm starting this tonight, but I was just wondering how to log it? I don't have an HRM. It looks like it would probably be about the same burn as Pilates, maybe?

    I did it last night. I'm not sure I like it more than the Crunch Bootylicious Buns workout,which I really like. I'll stick with the Butt Bible plan for a while, though!

    There's also the Brazil Butt Lift DVD from Beach Body... it looks really good, but my butt is actually not a major problem area for me so I don't feel motivated to spend the dough on it. But it's worth checking out!

    I love the butt bible!! I do it religiously from exercise tv. Awesome workout and , I know its for the butt.. but I lost over 1 1/2 inch off my belly ! So yea.. I think its an awesome awesome workout!! Also my results come after only two weeks of doing the Butt Bible. Pauline is hilarious, she keeps you motivated. Love the butt! Love the pain! Do it! You wont be bored and before you know it.. you did 30 minutes of core exercises. After one workout.. I knew then.. great workout and makes you feel good knowing you workout areas that affect how you feel throughout the day. I printed out that plan as well. I will most likely buy this one for sure.

    Yep! I'd just add *kitten*-to-grass squats. I actually don't do parallel anymore, all my squats are atg.

    Yep - pretty much every workout I do is an Exercise TV workout. :smile: S. Vitorino has a couple that I really like.

    Just started Butt Bible 3 days ago and I love it. Started with Lower 1, then went to Upper 3 and today Lower 3. I really like it and I haven't been too sore :)

    I did the Upper workout yesterday, and I really liked it, so I think I'm going to stick with the rest of the 6 week plan for sure.

    OMG, it's all worth it just to hear her say to get in the "jockey riding a fat pony" stance. She is too funny.
  • WOW! This workout is so amazing! I tried it last week and I'm still sore! I've already lost 2 pounds just being dedicated. Couple more weeks and my booty will be bangin'!

    I tried it the other day and loved it and her. So I'm going to start on Saturday with the 6-week plan that I got on-line. I already eat clean so I'm hoping this will really help me lose more inches and lift my butt :))

    I slacked off my regular workouts (30 Day Slimdown and this one) this week, since I started C25K. I'm doing Upper (Level 1) tomorrow, and I'll get back on track with the schedule.
