I programmed in to lose17# total and was given a calorie count of 1200 calories which would result in a 2# a wk wt loss. After loosing this wt, I wanted to know what caloric intake to maintain this wt loss. I am 64" and my goal wt is 135#. I know it takes a negative of 3500 calories to equal a 1 # wt loss....thanks

when you get to goal you can switch the settings to maintenance mode and it will give you a set number of cals just like it did for when you put it in weight loss mode...0

It'll tell you in you goal section what your maintenance calories are as well as your goal calories.0
