Fluid Overload?

Does anybody especially women ever feel that you're retaining fluid in the midsection? I know during that time of month it's normal to become bloated, but I'm past that time this month and I'm still feeling like there's a build up on fluid in what I call my pouch! Any suggestions on how to get rid of that? I drink 16-24 glasses of water daily. I exercises 90+ minutes 5+ days a week. Losing weight, just still feel full of fluid! Help!

Drinking water actually makes you retain less fluid, not more. So if you are retaining water, it isn't because of your intake. Are your sodium levels very high?
Eating less sodium and more potassium will cause you to retain less water.0
