Is anyone using the Core Rythms system? If so, do you know the fitness info calories burned per hour, etc..)? :huh:

    I have heard the beginners is real good and since I have a back that just loves to go out on me at times, I would like to try it. I may look into it on e-bay if no one here has a copy.
