Hi. I do zumba twiice a week for an hour each class. Can someone tell what i should add to my excersise plan because zumba isnt there to add?

zumbacalories.com will help you calculate calories, then just add exercise and calories burned0

maybe something with dancing. type in dancing and pick the one that you think is best for what you do. zumba is a high intensity dance work out, right? I hope that helps! :happy:

The only way to get 100 percent acurate for YOU is by using a hrm, or body bugg to track your own calories, then enter a new exercise in the database, and the time and cals. you burn...then each time if the length or intensity is diff. you can change that. Everyone burns soo differently, so you maybe burning way less, or way more then others. when i enter an exercise, the cals. mfp gives me are WAY higher, my treadmill is higher too, then what my hrm says...dang it!! haha its the only accurate way though!

Oh and i do Zumba too, so that is what i did, and now when i hit the exercise tab it pops up as one of the frequently done exercises!0 -
Try and get a heartrate monitor.. or you never really know how many calories you're burning!!! That's what I do... you'd be surprised how off MFP can be when you try to tack in how many minutes you spend exercising. I almost NEVER burn off as much as MFP calculates for me!0
