Young mom new to this

I am 22 years old and I have a one year old daughter. As a teen I always had problems with my weight and complained about it. After gaining 60 lbs while pregnant with my daughter, I felt worse about myself but never tried to do anything about it. A few months ago my mom came to this website to lose weight which she heard about it from my aunt who has lost a lot of weight. Finally, after complaining to my boyfriend that I hated the way I looked and most of the time too tired to run around after my daughter, I decided to join. I did sign up in April but only started working out and eating better in the last week and a half and lost lbs. I started at 243 and in one week lost 4 lbs. My goal is to get down to 200 lbs. My mini goals are going down by 10. Once I lose my first 10 lbs my boyfriend said he will be convinced to join as well. Looking for support and wondering what others are doing for excercise to get some more ideas.
