I hear a lot about people snacking on almonds, but I'm not a big almond fan. I love cashews....are those as good as almonds for a snack and do they have the same nutritional benefits?

My doctor told me snack on cashews. She said they were very good for you.0

when in doubt add each to your diary and see which you think is the better choice... remember you can always delete it if you didn't eat it.0

I wonder the same thing since I am allergic to most tree nuts but cashews seem to be ok for me to eat. I know that they have a lot of calories so I have to make sure I eat a small portion.0

Pistachio's and Walnuts are two of the most healthy nuts. I eat a serving of pistachio's everyday and they provide many health benefits. I can do toasted almonds on salads but they aren't very tasty alone.0
