Change for the better ...

Just taking a sec to toot my own horn.
I'm finally starting to see results and am shedding the weight.
I gave up my digital cable (100 channels) and tivo. Partly because I save $40 and use that 40 towards gym membership, but also it prevents me from sitting on my butt all night watching tv. I'm down to 20 basic channels and nothing is on .. especially weekends.
Because of all this free time, I find that I do my crafts more often or even better I workout on the wii fit.
I'm just very happy about the changes I'm making in my life for the better and the fact that I'm keeping to it. Now I just need to get off my butt and apply to a new grad school and finish the masters.

Good for you! Tv is the devils spawn. I have one in every room of my house. It is amazing because when the kids were small we had 1 tv, in the living room, and it was on lock down.
