Oh man I did about 30 minutes of straight jumping non-stop and I am sweating up a storm but do not know how to track this as an exercise..... does anyone have any suggestions?

Doing plyometric exercises should be on there, I researched rebounding last year and found 12 mins of jumping burns 84cals. Can't remember what site it was but there was a very long list for easy burns.

They usually have those type exercises.
Great job btw. 30 minutes on a tramp is a long time!

I entered my own manually. I'm impressed! I went 10 minutes non-stop with the kids and I thought my legs were going to fall off!!!

I did that a couple of wednesdays ago and I used jump roping as my estimate. I would have loved to use the website offered by N_g_la, but it wasn't there when I checked. It's quite a burn, I wish I had a HRM so I could find out for sure!
