Did you weigh yourself after you ate or drank something?

Are you watching your sodium? Could be water weight? Are you drinking enough water to flush it out?

No i havent been watching sodium, i didnt know that could make you gain weight. So if i drank more water and cut back on salt will it help? And i weighed in before breakfast.

I'm curious about the answers you'll get! I've been having this same problem - exercising every day, eating well, watching sodium, weighing myself in the mornings, and every time I watch the scale creep up. I'd love to know what exactly is going on haha.

It seems to me like its water weight. Just try and watch your sodium intake a little bit better. Calories isn't the only thing you need to watch.

Maybe you're not eating enough calories. How much are you working out?

Also, if it's near your time of the month, your body can retain water. Make sure you're drinking at least 64 ounces daily. You might like to drink some green tea [sugar free] and some lemon water. Squeezing fresh lemon juice in your water is a natural diuretic.

I looked at your profile to see if I could see your food diary, and I noticed you are 18. Some people continue to grow into their 20s. You may possibly be going through a growth spurt.

Also, if you do a hard workout, your muscles can retain water for a bit afterward. The day after a hard workout, it always looks like I've gained weight. If it goes back down, it could have been that...

Yeah. I weighted 182 one day, and 185 when I woke up today.
It's clearly because I had an abundance of diet soda and jerky yesterday.

    Water weight.
Sweat, drink tons of water, kill the sodium, and you'll drop back down.

I'm glad I don't weigh in until Monday.

about 30-60 minutes aut 6 days a week. Its probably the salt weight... water weight?

Even if you've been within your calorie goal, foods with more sugar or sodium could cause you to retain fluid. Drink lots of water over the next few days and I bet you'll see a loss. Also, if you've recently added some strength training, your muscles could be sore and causing a temporary weight gain. Don't give up-I'm sure it's just a temporary thing!

Most of the options have been mentioned here already, but without seeing your diary it is very difficult to give an educated comment. Since you are in a calorie deficit it is unlikely it is fat, but it could be water being retained due to sodium, major change in exercise type or intensity, or not drinking enough water. Drink the number of ounces of water of your body weight divided in half to see if that helps. Warning, that will make you head to the bathroom a lot.

Sounds like you may have found your culprit, even if you dont want to open your diary customize the setting to track sodium. 2500 is the recommended daily allowance for a normal person, I try to stay around 1000-1500 (some sodium is needed for normal cell function) and If I go over that I try for an extra 8 ozs of water for every 100 over (doesnt always happen but I try!) Sodium is a huge culprit in weight gain, and belly bloat with fluid retention (especially in women)

you answered your own question -- working out every day and eating under your amount of calories.

The first post in this thread is meant for you:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/196502-for-the-people-who-work-out-like-crazy-and-are-not-losing?hl=for+people+who+work+out+like+crazy

If you don't eat enough calories you WILL gain weight. be careful--if you get into this long term, it is damaging and you may have serious trouble with your metabolism.

    blessings.
