Proper breakdown

I am curious what the proper breakdown is for nutrients. I watch carbs, fat, protein, sodium (2500, I know.) My total calorie goals (in maintenance, work out 6-7 days per week) is 1450. I started the 30 DS yesterday and really need to get more protein in but I am not sure what the proper amounts are. Any advice is helpful. Thanks
