170 Calorie Chocolate Cake w/ Peanut Butter Cream Topping!!

I made this tonight for the first time and was kind of making it up as I went along. Turned out delicious and pretty low calorie, so had to share. I baked this in a 9x13 pan and cut into 12 good-size servings which ended up only 169 calories each. Enjoy!!

Cake:
One box Pillsbury Sugar Free Devil's Food Cake
300g soft tofu
1/4 Cup water

Combine and bake according to directions on box.


Topping:
4 Tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Vanilla
6 Tbsp Cool Whip Lite

Combine all and spread on cake when cool.


The topping isn't too thick, so probably best to keep this in the fridge. Next time I'll probably just mix the peanut butter and cool whip with no almond milk. Still.....so tasty!
