Is there such a thing? If so, are they available somewhere other than online?

I used to buy chewable oatbran tablets for fiber. They were YUMMY! I haven't needed to get them in ages, but they were in the grocery store in their tiny section of supplements.0

Pills I don't think so. Fiber are carbohydrates, protein is protein. Atkin's bars have a good amount of fiber and some protein. I am not sure if you have an issue with shakes... but you can do that. I buy isopure zero carb protein shake powder. They also sell zero net carb fiber. No reason why you can put that in your shake and get fiber and protein at the same time. You have to be careful with fiber make sure you take it with a ton of water. Sometimes when people don't take it with enough water the fiber can swell up in their throat and cause them to choke.0

I buy my fiber pills at target, but, they are sold at most pharmacies and supermarkets as well... assuming you are in the US.0
