Hey everyone , I know i'm going to have to work harder on counting my calories and eat healthier but I always have lack of energy.I sleep in and around 5 or so I have to take a nap cause I feel i'll just crash if I don't.I'd love to have more energy were I don't have to nap almost every single day.Anything to give me any energy were I won't have to resort to taking naps so often is very appreciated!

its seriously taken me years to work it out with me, im the same. I finally worked out its iron for me, perhaps the same for you?. I dont really eat red meat or anything with huge iron levels so i take suppliments and its helped enormously. Also can be vitamin B. Check out your iron levels in the reports section, its often a problem in women. hope this helps!

Thanks I would say till I get it solved i'd try energy drinks but that would probally make it worse cause it would be alot of extra calories that I really don't need , lol

Stay away from the energy drinks, they are full of sugar! Also, are you taking a good multi-vitamin. I was having similar issues until I started consistently taking vitamins. Helped a ton!! Good Luck!

One thing that I find helps is to try to stick to less refined food - so instead of white bread, white sugar etc, go for things like wholewheat bread, fibrous vegetables and lean protein. It'll avoid a rush of insulin release, and the associated crash, and should release energy on a slower but more stable basis over the course of a few hours.

I've found that since I've started eating like this I've had LOTS more energy.
