Adjusting calorie goal?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if MFP adjusts your calorie goal as you lose weight or you have to do it manually?

    I think it's based on your activity level and such. Not 100% sure though.

    Yes it does....

    I just tried it - by changing my weight to 40 lbs less and it dropped my calorie allowance

    It re calculates automatically with every 10 pounds/5kg that you lose.
