Helllo can somebody explain what the shred is?? Plus any other abbreviations used regular on here

    The Shred usually refers to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Some people also call it 30D.

    The shred is a dvd called the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. Its an awesome work out!

    I just bought it off ebay for like $5 - if you have a few days to wait for it to ship...it's a GOOD deal :smile:

    You'll need a set of hand weights (I suggest either 3 or 5lbs) and a mat if you are going to do it on a hard floor.

    Enjoy, its a tough workout, but its surprising how quickly you get into it x

    Ive tried it twice and end up dead b4 its finished and im not THAT outta shape!
