...to return home, dripping with sweat from head to toe, absolutely exhausted, strip off and collapse onto the sofa with a pint of ice water!!!!

    Yeeees! Just did that... well collapsed onto my bed... heaven!! And, due to the fact that I have now covered my sheets in sweat (ew), I will have clean sheets for sleeping in tonight!! Hurrray! BEST feelings in the world!

    lol that was my first thought... eww sweat all over the sofa lol. I bet you feel great tho!

    Good point. But I have a throw over my sofa that gets washed every week so I'm not too bothered, I'm riding the post-workout buzz now :D

    Feels awesome. Just got back from my walk. Completely soaked. Just took a shower now heading to bed, since I work 3rd shift.
