  • Hi :) Have you got all your goals in mind? Best way to start is to get weighed, work out BMI and figure out what you want out of all of this.

    There is alot of support and motivation here,
    I love this site, the tools are wonderful too, you see everyday exactly what you've
    eaten in black and white, kind of holds you accountable ya know?

  • doing awesome and needing accontability for workout, healthy eating and drinking water. I did a new workout today called tabata..great and do your workout in 24 minutes. i am starting out slow and plan to drop my 35 extra pounds i put on..i did lose 90 lbs and then beome unfocused...:smile:
