Hi there,

i desperatly need to shed some punds before my wedding in 4 weeks .. i thought i would give this site a try as i have used this before but it lasted a week and i got bored but am now worried about shifitng this belly of mine im going to try try try my hardest .

Any tips from any one ?

i work in a office so i sit down most of the day i manage to get about 40 mins of walking in a day thats to and from the train station 5 days a week .

ps there seems to be a lot of women on this site and no men :( i hope i not the only man !

The main thing is to start eating healthy which hopefully i will succes in . :)
