Hello everyone! I'm Angel, 24 from Cheterfield (UK) and a few months ago I moved in with my fiance...and my weight just started climbing. It's not surprising really when I went from regular excercise and small meals to massive ammounts of take-out and very little excercise, but I bought my dress shortly after we moved in together and I'm now worried it won't fit me next year! And why is this important? Because it's my WEDDING dress!!! So I'm determined to slim down enough to get back to my dre size. It's not too much, I know, but I'm really struggling!

You see, my fiancé has a habbit of buying a lot of sweet and snack food, not just for him, but me too, and then he encourages me to eat take-away, which I don't even like that much, but he does. So I go along with it and worst of all, when I decline meals because I've been eating a little bit all day, he tells me not to stop eating just because your trying to loose weight, so I'm put in a difficult place becaue he can't seem to understand that I've not topped eating, it's just I've been eating a little bit all day and am no longer hungry at 8pm... *sigh*

Wow my introduction turned into a rant!

Just remember, if he is your fiance and will become your husband, this is the way it will always be. Sit down and have a very serious talk with him, and let him know that you do not want to be overweight. And ask him to please let you do it the way you know you need to.
