Hi All
my name is Catharina and I have been fighting a loosing battle. 6 years ago I injured my back, and since then my hubby has had many issues.. Needless to say I was not doing much and when I get stressed I eat (bad idea).

I started my new fitness plan 3 days ago , again!! Surprisingly I do not eat a lot, but was eating a lot of junk food.. An office job where there is always something sweet to eat. I need ideas for exercises that are safe for a person with a lower back problem, and a bad ankle. I do ride my horse 1 -2 times a week, but need a plan for home that is flexible.

I have lots of hope and a goal of losing at least 80 lbs

Catharina

Hey Catharina, welcome to MFP. You will love it. I work in a office also there is always some sweet and we get lunch everyday. I just put my mind to it and passed on the donuts and bring my own snacks....string cheese, fruit, etc. And watch watch I eat at lunch smaller portions more salads. It's tough. Good luck! And sorry I have no exercise ideas for you. I'm nursing a bum knee. I have a torn mensicus and need surgery.
P.S. feel free to add me as a fried
