cross trainer

hi all,

went to enter working out on a cross trainer to my exercises and found its not in the database, any ideas how many cal per 30mins id burn on it? or is there and exercise equivalent in the database i could use?

    Hi, I also use a cross trainer. Try putting in elliptical trainer in as that is another word for it. x

    Oh cross trainer is the same as eliptical. That is helpful to know!
