As a MFP ...Pal we are here to offer support but, what if a friend is not eating right ( as you can see via diary) or not exercising to full potential? What is the way to bring it up? How do you say " you need to eat better and exercise more" without being a butt head?
Along with that, is it OK to come in under calorie goals but over fat and sugars? ( I am sure I know the answer but do not want to give out misinformation when trying to help.)
