Discovering that "Thin Me" is pretty active!

So... off the wagon for 3 weeks. Not like, eating crap or anything (well, maybe in very SMALL portions), but my weight DIDN'T Change. No Decrease, but no Increase either. Probably because during that 3 weeks I did a LOT of stuff that I would NEVER have done before I lost that 25lbs. I went camping. Complete with canoeing for 45 minutes, 2 hours of hiking, complete with 15 minutes at a 45 degree incline! And I went biking. Twice.
And then I went rock climbing! :noway: Actual ROCK CLIMBING. I mean, on an 85ft CLIFF, after a 30 minute hike... including that 15 minute incline I mentionned earlier. I'm a *little* banged up, but it was still cool! And the guy that was spotting me? He was only about 180lbs. How good does THAT feel? Wow. And for the record? Boyfriend (who's a freakin' monkey by the way) is not NEARLY as proud of his 60-something feet up the side of that cliff as I am of my 15ft. Really! :noway: First time rock climbing outdoors EVER. And I made it up 15ft. >squee!< Totally doing THAT again!
Wow. Thin me is pretty active. And can strangely maintain her weight, even though she doesn't pay attention to the number of calories she eats or burns. I kind of like being a >hem hem< ...."Reformed Fat Chick". It's good. Sure... I mean, I'm not at my goal weight yet... but I've dropped from a size 13 dress pant to a 7... that feels pretty good. I still want to work on my shape a little - slim the legs & hips a bit, you know... those places women have trouble with. But now? I'm pretty sure I can finish up. So what if I've basically plateaued for the past 3 months & my weight has moved up or down about 2lbs without staying down. So what if I got frustrated, & fell off the diet bandwagon a few times, & ate what I shouldn't have. :blushing: That's done. It's over now. Those 3 months are in the past.
I'm back, & I'm going to work out, & I'm going to kick the last 15lbs in the *kitten*! Or... off my *kitten*... or whatever you say when you trash talk the last 15lbs. I'm not used to insulting inanimate objects. Now? I wonder how active I'll be after that 15lbs is gone.
