For doing the Cardio part of the progrom what would I label it under for exercise? I don't have my watch yet and I would like to be as close as possible. Thanks for your help

Depends on what you're doing.
Plyo--high impact aerobics
CardioX--calisthenics
Kenopo X--karate.
These are just my guesses. I always used an HRM.0 -
You could also probably do circuit training for Cardio X or Plyo.0
