30 day shred - any good?

I've read a few stories on here about the 30 day shred.

Just wondering if it is actually any good?

Got myself a copy, but would like to know what others think and if it has worked for those who have done it.

    I love it! (But honestly I like to mix up my workouts, so it's part of my weekly routine, but I haven't used it as my only form of exercise for 30 days). It's great because there are 3 levels, each with 2 different ways of doing it (hi/low), so you can switch it up depending on how you feel.
  • i just finished level 1, day 2 today! its really intense, i cant fully push myself though, i do it to the best of my pushing lol i have severe asthma so i dont want to just pass out while doing it because of an asthma attack LOL hoping to see results at the end of the 30 days! i say its good so far! :)
  • it's awesome. i've been doing it for about 15 days now and i see a pretty significant difference in muscle tone and strength. and i had been working out diligently for 9 MONTHS previous to this and have never seen results like these. i can't wait to see what a difference the next 15 days will make! if you have a copy definitely start doing it, you'll be amazed i think :)
