Who wants to start 30 day shred with me on july 5th?

I will be starting Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on Tuesday July 5th. It would be great to have a group of us supporting and motivating each other. Sharing stories, before & after Pics and measurements etc...

Who's interested? I would LOVE to have you join me!! Let me know and also add me as a friend please.

Just so you know I am 229 pounds, and totally out of shape. So if I can do this most anyone can. I am also following MFP's recommendation of 1380 calories daily.

  • I'm in. Warning that I might not do everyday. I have some health issues which mean I technically SHOULDN'T be doing any weight-bearing exercises at all - but I know I need to tone, so to heck with that, I'll try doing it 5 days a week and stop or skip parts that I really can't do.

  • How is everyone doing with 30DS? I have missed a few workouts, I will be finally starting level 2 on Sat. Oh and by the way, I HATE jumping jacks and jumprope, lol!
