I just joined the site today and I am very excited to start losing weight again. I have lost 54 pounds with Weight Watchers, but haven't lost anything in say about the last 6 months. :flowerforyou: :smile:

    MFP is a great site with lots of good info and support and encouragement.

    I feel your pain-my weight loss is also stalled. Time to change things up a bit. Glad you found mfp.
