Hello
I just purchased *Crack the fat loss code.
I am on day 1 and am enjoying the change!
I was wondering if anyone else has read this book and completed the full two months of "code cracking"!!
The book has so much good advice that I sat out in the sun on Thanksgiving Monday (22 degrees Celsius is WARM for a Canadian Thanksgiving lol) and read 3/4 of the book!
so here it goes!!:flowerforyou:

No, I haven't read it, but would like to. And it really was a gorgeous thanksgiving weekend. Let us know what you think of the book once you've finished!0

I never imagined having lean ground beef mixed with eggs and cheese for breakfast....but it was good. Had it at 6:30 a.m and have not heard my tummy yet WOO :drinker:0 -

We make that sometimes...we call it "Cheeseburger Omelet's". The kids LOVE them. I use Eggbeaters & fat free cheese to make it low cal. I also add onions & mushrooms to mine. It's very filling.0 -
