tons of water. Fiber. And the bragg's apple cider vinegar drink a couple of times will help move things along too.

there was a thread not long ago and people gave a ton of suggestions. Look it up.

I'd recommend taking probiotics, but until you get to a store, I usually add a fruit to breakfast and it helps.

    Good luck!

I had to see a specialist about that once, and she said that in the vast majority of cases it's a bacteria issue. If fiber doesn't help and you feel even more clogged (the case with me and many others) you should focus on probiotics. I've tried some over the counter pills, but it's hit or miss. Activia actually works really well as do probiotics in liquid form. You'll feel like yourself in a day or two.
  • If it has been more than a couple of days, you could try drinking Smooth Move tea (it has senna extract in it which is what will help you "move") or taking Senekot (a tablet that also has senna extract - I prefer the tablets because I'm not a fan of the taste of Smooth Move.) Use sparingly, and be ready - you may "move" a LOT after you take/drink it.

I had been taking a Fiber supplement all week in the evening (as well as my probiotic in the morning) and it made me the most regular I have ever been in my life. I felt like I was starting fresh every morning because I "got rid" of just about everything in my system (without any side effects).

But, I didn't get to take my fiber supplements last night and I'm feeling the effects :(
