Currently doing P90x, anyone else who does this, how would you calculate the calorie lost in your MFP exercise tracker?

I dont think it has one for that, you should just invest in a heart rate monitor. One with a chest strap and then when your done with your work out you can just enter your calories in manually.0

Someone told me once that it burns an average of 600 calories per hour (which is the same as high impact aerobics). Or you could just count it as "Strength Training" under cardio but I think that'll give you less.0
