My biggest body hang-up are my love handles (mainly on my lower back area. My right love handle has more fat on the side than my left one due to scoliosis. But the lower back fat is pretty even. If that makes any sense) and saddlebags. It seems like they won't go away! What exercises/diet has helped you shrink yours? Thanks <3

Cardio. Eating clean. If you're lifting maybe try high reps. Cardio. HIIT Cardio.

Unfortunately there is no secret formula, but cardio works quickly to shed fat already, I noticed running and high intensity aerobics works best. Also some pilates will help tone that area.

I have the exact same issues (even the uneven-ness), but I've found that cardio works very well. Also, intervals on the elliptical is a wonderful tool.

I also own a bowflex, and I find that some pull-downs have really helped with the back fat/love handles area (don't know why, but it just does, lol). Also, leg raises.

No specific exercise will get those areas smaller. One of the biggest lies of many fitness "experts" is the idea of spot reduction or target toning. It's crap, crap, and more crap.

To lose weight from this area, it's the same as any other area. You must eat a well balanced diet with a calorie deficit so your body is well fueled and uses its own body fat as fuel. You must also do cardio to burn the fat. Doesn't matter what kind of cardio...pick what you like as long as it is intense and gets your heart rate up. It is also highly recommended that you do weight training to make sure that you are losing all fat instead of fat and muscle together. All too many times people, women especially, become cardio freaks and neglect the weight training, but those people have higher body fat percentages and lower lean muscle mass than those who do both resistance and cardio. Losing muscle is not a good thing. You must do all of this to lose fat, and you will lose it from everywhere. You can't pick and choose where it comes from...unless you resort to surgery like lipo.

    Supermans!

Haha oh man how I hate the superman/banana rotating workout! But, in truth they're super!

Maybe start adding in some Stiff legged dead lifts with a barbell or smith machine. Hyperextension holding a 5-10lb plate.

Or if you're tired of running on a treadmill/elliptical; do the stair climber or cardio circuit.
