I tend to overeat. I work out a lot and I think that it will make up for what I eat. I'm starting to notice some bigger areas, that I never used to have.
I'm starting P90X on Monday after my race this weekend and I think that will be some motivation.
Any other suggestions??

Try eating more smaller meals rather than 3 big ones. Try and include more fruits and veggies into your snacks and see if that helps. I hope that may help you not to overeat quite as much. I have that problem as well so I'm tryiing more fruits and stuff and that makes me feel better throughout the day. Good luck on your race this weekend.

I am in my second week of X!!!

I 've tried 1800 and that's too much for me. This week I am going back to 1600, but retaining 50/30/20 proportions. we;ll see how that works.
