    i stopped with the excuses and started being honest about how fat i was, how much I weighed (to my family and friends).

    I "CAME OUT" with the truth and told everyone my dirty little secrets, and that way, i felt accountable to stop.

    stop eating twice as much food as I needed, stop making excuses about the kids for being my reason, stopped making excuses about my knees and my sore feet (sure it exists, but i just have to suck it up if i don't want to be fat for the rest of my life).
