Good job to all of you that lost.
Okay zero bussers. Everybody off the bus and start pushing the dang thing. Let me find some good hills to go up with it.

I did okay yesterday morning. By noon I had had 3 16 oz bottles. then a 44 oz diet pepsi:grumble: then a can later. maybe somebody just needs to come hold my hand and tell me "no, no" when I go for the pop. I'm such a prisoner0 -
I better start pushing the Zero bus too... OK so here is a question for any of you...
I stopped loosing weight...I mean TOTALLY stopped I would say Platue BUT... I have lost inches like in the last week have lost a whole jean size... (wearing jeans again wooo hooo and so not the granny kind)
I started running almost every morning.... (I am so not dedicated to run EVERY morning so usually about 3-6 times a week)
I go to the gym at lunch 5 days a week and I go to the gym after before work 3 time and after work 2 times
So how do I get the weight to catch up to the jean size? I am happy don't get me wrong I am running faster and working out harder but so not loosing weight... ideas suggestions?0 -

TexasAngelBeth. Would you rather lose weight and stay the same size? YOu are probably building muscle and losing fat. And pound for pound muscle takes up less space.0 -
I would rather loose the mass...My problem is I have an option in my job (military) I can either be a certian weight and get all my points or i can have under a 29" waist and get all my points I am sitting at about 14lbs from my 30 points and 4" away.... I pass my PT testing no problem I just WANT to get the extra 30 points it puts me in the 90% category instead of the 80%... I have never made it to the 90% so I am trying very hard because I test again in January.0
