NSV - License Picture Comparison

I had my driver's license on the kitchen counter today, and I my brother picked it up to inspect it. He held it next to my face and said, "Jeez.. This could be an entirely different person. I hope you don't get pulled over anytime soon!" I'd been feeling down lately about my weight, but actually comparing the two really put a smile on my face .

that's awesome! I can relate..in a different way...I actually had the opposite thing happen to me...i saw my before pic and after and knew it was time to get in shape and lose some weight. :frown:

I HATE my drivers license picture but i love looking at it now because i no longer look like THAT lol....i never would show it to anyone before either but now i show every one to see what response i get......Good Job :happy:

I know! Funny enough, I was 18 when I took that picture, and now I'm 21. I think I looked more like legal drinking age then :laugh:.

I actually plan on going to the DMV when I hit my goal weight JUST to change my picture and the weight that is posted on my DL. I HATE my current picture and can't wait to get rid of that stupid thing!

Great NSV.... I look at my work badge daily. I'm now 80 lbs lighter than the picture on the badge and it's a good reminder that I don't ever want to go backward to that weight.

For the first time EVER I weigh less than my DL weight (by about 2 lbs!) but for so long it has been a lie! Nice to know I'm lying in the other direction now!

had the same issue a few weeks ago with my passport - I brought it in to my new gig for the tax documents and the director said it looked so different than I look now she would have thought it was someone else. I took a close look, and she's right. and I'm really baffled I ever really looked like that, honestly. that was 45 lbs ago. not only is my face slimmer, but I looked miserable in that old picture. I've been reborn since that picture was taken. the weight is only the very physical, visible part of the transformation.

Know just how you feel about the age thing. I just started, and a few days ago someone asked me if I wanted to sign a petition about hard liquor sales. I feel so old! Maybe after I meet my goal, I'll look closer to my age.
