kettle balls

Does anyone swear by the kettle ball? I would love to learn more about it and where to get started?? Thanks MFP's!!

    Do you mean :flowerforyou: bells, rather than balls? If bells then they are great, if balls then not so sure :)

    Kettle bells... one of my favorite workouts. LOVE them. If you are looking for an easy, do at home, get you started, basics kinda workout... check out Jillian Michael's Shred It With Weights. I'm not a Jillian fan but it is a good kettlebell workout to get you started!!!

    Love them too! So versatile. One 15 lb kb is all I need for a great workout. Agree with above poster. Shred it with weights is a good intro to kettlebells.

    I'm not a "kettle ball" fan, I think most of the exercises are a good way to hurt yourself and pull on joints (throwing action).

    With that said I do use them, very, very limited. I like "free weights" and cardio.
