Help me!! I'm almost 7 months into my journey and I've noticed that I'm having crazy cravings, but the problem is that lately I've really been giving into them when before I'd say NO WAY! What do you people do when you have silly cravings, or how do you stop yourself from eating more and more instead of just a taste? I don't want to sabotage what I've done, I've come so far :(

Soak yourself in water. Drink as much as you can stand.

Eat more protein and less sugar.

Don't keep anything in the house that you can't resist, if that's yours to control.

Maybe someone else will have other strategies to try.

Most of all, hang in there, don't give up!

I try to make healthier versions of the foods I crave because If I indulge in the actual food, I will never stop!

This is tricky, I have times where my willpower seems to just go right out of the window.
My suggestion: pick one thing that you are REALLY craving and give in. This worked for me a few weeks ago, once I had had those particular sweets that were just stuck in my mind, I didn't need any more junk.
Otherwise I just don't buy the things that I want to eat - if they aren't there I can't eat them.
I've also been experimenting with eating more in the mornings to see if this makes me less hungry, and less likely to crave treats later in the day. So far it seems to be working, so I'm going to keep it up.
    Good luck!

I listen to music to get my mind off of food. If that doesn't work, I make a deal with myself that if I'm going to give in, I'm going to sweat it extra hard and extra long in my workout.

Last week I was craving chocolate, so on the weekend I finally gave in! Now my cravings aren't so strong, so I'm happy I did. And also my cave in didn't reflect on the scale :P
