shred it with weights???

have any1 tried this tonight was my first night and i am totally exausted do u knw how many calories you are burning with his???

    hhhhhaaatteee it. I did it once and then literally couldn't move for over a week. it wasn't the good kind of sore either. I didn't use a kettle bell, just an 8 lb hand weight. did some research on it after doing it and found out a lot of the moves she does in it are dangerous for your body. i may try it again later but only if i learn how to properly do kettle bell workouts first so i know the correct form to use since apparently JM does not.

    LOVE every other video of hers though and owe all of my success to her.

    I too tried the 30 Day Shred. I have decided to wait until I lose a bit more weight before trying to do the 30 Day Shred because that workout kicked my butt. I was in sooo much pain the next day and my joints hurt. My HRM told me that I burned 360 calories for the 25 minute workout.

    I tried it and did it for a week, then returned the kettlebell and moved onto a new workout video
    I didn't really feel i got the same workout with that one that i do with her other videos and i have a bad back and was tired of not being able to move the next day (not a good sore)

    I bought that DVD several months ago but haven't attempted it yet. I've done 30 Day Shred a few times though.

    Shred It With Weights is different than the 30 Day Shred. It's also a JM video. Consists of two 30 minute workouts that utilize kettlebells although she has a modifier who does the moves with a regular hand weight.

    I lloovvee 30 day shred. And Ripped in 30... And Burn Fat Boost Metabolism... And No More Trouble Zones :-) Actually, Shred it with Weights is the only JM workout I haven't liked.
